Shipping and Returns

Your use of this site indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions. Your placement of an order indicates your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions, and our Shipping and Returns policy.

All products are shipped directly from a 3rd party distributor or directly from the manufacturer. All products are shipped UPS or FedEx. Free shipping is only provided within the continental U.S. Some products are Build To Order, and may take a few weeks for order processing.

In the event a product arrives damaged to your location, please follow the steps listed below. All damaged items must be reported to the shipping carrier immediately and you must notify Executive Auto Workz within 36 Hours of receiving your order. If these steps are not followed, your shipment may be denied claim to our Guarantees and a refund.

If you receive a damaged product, please do the following:

Keep the product with its original packaging and box
Make a list of the damaged or lost item(s)
Executive Auto Workz will contact the distributor, who will schedule a pickup if needed. DO NOT send it back to the return address without written approval from Executive Auto Workz.
Once the product is received back and inspected by the distributor, a replacement or credit will be issued.

Executive Auto Workz includes the cost of shipping within the pricing of its products. If a product cannot be delivered to the customer and is returned to the distributor by the shipping company as undeliverable, Executive Auto Works holds the right to retain the shipping costs and a 25% restocking fee.

ALL ORDERS PLACED ON EXECUTIVE AUTO WORKS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. If a product is ordered and not wanted after accepting delivery, the unused item cannot be returned. Executive Auto Workz does not authorize any refunds or returns.
